Ambling’s tax credit and conventional properties competed in a Mini Model contest this quarter. Twenty-seven properties participated, and they were judged on creativity in design and anything that would leave a lasting impression with prospects. There were some excellent entries, but four properties stood out and took home the honors.
1st Place – Magnolia Heights
2nd Place – Heritage Hills
3rd Place – Park Crest
Honorable Mention – Merchants Court (they created a well-produced video as their entry into the contest)
Mini models are a simple and effective way to really show off a property, and with the right combinations of color, ambiance, and design, these units can really help move a property above its competitors.
