Happy New Year! As 2017 comes to a close and 2018 is here, it seems like a great time to reflect on what we’ve accomplished, the journey we’ve taken to get to where we are, and the plans we have for an exciting, bright future.
First let me say, I appreciate each member of our Ambling team and that I recognize we wouldn’t be where we are without the contributions made by each and every one of you. Thank you for all you have done and will do going forward for our company.
With the leadership team in place and with the help of our awesome employees, we are really making strides in achieving our strategic goal of stabilizing our portfolio while at the same time creating value through operational efficiencies and market rate repositioning of targeted assets. We have earned a great reputation as a trusted partner to our residents, employees, and investors. And, we want our reputation for excellence to spread to other areas within our communities.
We know that because of the efforts of our phenomenal team, we are greatly impacting the lives of our residents. The Avalon Book Fair is a great example of impacting lives. As a result of our team’s efforts, the residents of Avalon received over 2,000 books. The faces of the kids were priceless.
What a great idea? This idea came from you. Please keep thinking and coming up with new and innovative ways to “impact lives”.
We want 2018 to be even more successful for the company and for you. It’s an incredible feeling to know that when I go out to investors and lenders, both existing and potential, that there’s no way I can oversell the competency and commitment of our team.
