Since the onset of 2011, the property management company has added two significant customers to its growing list of clients nationwide. This 34,000 SF student community is currently under construction and consists of approximately 172 beds. The mixed-use layout features a courtyard, elevator building with controlled access, bicycle storage, study lounges, and deluxe one and two-bedroom apartment homes. Similarly, 1324 Lafayette at Western Michigan University is currently under construction.
