Compiles and maintains accounts payable records. Must be a good communicator with in-house and out-of-house customers. Must be a good problem solver. Should be self-motivated and alert with the ability to work independently. Checks and approves all invoices for payment. Answers all vendor inquiries. Maintain good working relations with all company vendors. Analyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted. Prepares accounts payable checks. Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
